GETTING TO CAMP MORAN

BY CAR
(AKA BOOK YOUR Roundtrip FERRY NOW)

Camp Moran on Orcas Island is a 3.5 hour drive from Seattle or Vancouver BC.

Part of your travel will be spent on a ferry (yay!) but it only runs a few times a day.
Make sure to book your reservation ASAP (per car from Anacortes to Orcas Island)

*THE FINAL FERRY OPENINGS WILL GO LIVE TWO DAYS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE DATE. IF YOU HAVEN'T RESERVED YOUR FERRY YET CONSIDER CARPOOLING.*

See the steps below for more detailed driving info!

BY SEA PLANE

If long drives + ferry travel isn't your style, you can take a seaplane from Seattle/Lake Union to Rosario Resort

DRIVING FROM SEATTLE...

Whether you're already living in Seattle or flying into SeaTac Airport, you'll drive North to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal.

2+ hours

Boarding the ferry...

Reservations are required to board the ferry - make sure to purchase yours as soon as possible!!
* We really can't stress this enough!

Arrive to the ferry terminal 45-60 minutes before your ferry departure time (yes, even with a reservation you should get there really early).

Board the ferry and enjoy the ride! It's absolutely beautiful!

60 minutes

driving to camp!

Camp Moran Environmental Learning Center is a 30 minute drive from the Orcas Island Ferry Terminal.

Drive safe + watch out for deer!
PS. There is (unfortuantely) very little cell service on the island so make sure to get your GPS organized before leaving the ferry terminal!

*PLEASE PARK IN BOTH CAMP MORAN PARKING LOTS AT THE RECEPTION SITE. PERMITS ARE NOT REQUIRED BECAUSE OUR WEDDING IS YOUR PERMIT :)
*DO NOT PARK DIRECTLY ON OLGA ROAD (AT RISK OF BEING TOWED)

Camp Moran: 4600 Olga Road, Olga, WA
30 minutes

WHERE TO STAY...

There are lots of lodging options on Orcas Island! You can stay with us at camp or you can stay at a variety of hotels or airbnbs close by!
We want you to be comfortable wherever you stay! We recommend booking whichever spot makes you the happiest as early as possible since they fill up quickly.
